Now Hiring: Certified Forklift Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and store materials
• Identify, sort, and separate various types of metals
• Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for accuracy and quality
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Conduct daily forklift inspections and report maintenance issues
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Assist with inventory counts and material tracking
• Work collaboratively with warehouse, production, and recycling teams

Qualifications

Required

• Current Forklift Certification
• 1–2 years of forklift operating experience
• Ability to identify common metals
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors

Preferred

• Experience in metal recycling, scrap yard operations
• Knowledge of metal grading and sorting procedures
• Experience using inventory management systems
